Sara Kramer

Sara Kramer is a Vice President of Consulting at RCLCO, a real estate strategic advisory firm serving all areas of the real estate industry. Based in the Los Angeles office, she works across multiple Advisory Groups, strategizing on a widerange of projects with clients in different sectors of the industry. Within RCLCO’s Institutional Advisory Services Group, Sara provides institutional investors with investment analysis, ongoing portfolio monitoring, and manager selection services for a variety of product types. As part of the Urban Real Estate Advisory Group, Sara provides market feasibility and economic impact analyses to clients with real estate opportunities in densely populated areas. Sara also engages with clients as part of the firm’s Management Consulting Advisory Group, working on engagements such as mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to RCLCO, Sara worked as an independent consultant, specializing in market research studies and retail real estate advisory. Her most notable project was performing retail advisory and proposal authorship for Full House Resorts (NASDAQ: FLL) on a $650 million mixed use development in Indiana. Prior to that, Sara spent 10 years working at Westfield in a variety of both development and operations finance functions. She also performed internal consulting for Westfield Labs (Westfield’s technology and innovation arm) and Bespoke (a technology-focused, newconcept trifecta of coworking space, event space, and digital advertising space). Notable projects Sara worked on include: the World Trade Center and the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX. Prior to Westfield, Sara worked as an Analyst at Sperry Van Ness.

Sara earned a dual Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Communications from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Masters in Business Administration from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.

An active member of the real estate community, Sara sits on the Advisory Board and Management Committee for the Urban Land Institute (ULI) in Los Angeles, where she cochairs the Membership Committee. She also sits on ULI’s national Commercial and Retail Development Product Council. In addition, Sara is on the board of the UCLA Ziman Real Estate Alumni Group.
