Registration Includes two receptions and awards dinner.
Each adult & teen registration made by May 15 includes:

TEAM FEE

There are two options for team registrations:
- Flat fee of $500 per team. One boat per team... each team includes as many as you can fit on your boat!
- Or, $135 per person (teams of 3 or fewer). One boat per team.

• We encourage you to make dinner reservations for Friday evening after our opening reception.

There are over a dozen options for dining, snacking, drinking, watching sports, listening to music, dancing, relaxing and enjoying good company at the club. THE USUAL DISCLAIMER INFO...

-- Participants are required to sign a waiver of liability form.
-- Event registration fee does not include lodging at the resort.
-- Event registration fee is separate from tournament registration.
-- Tournament registration fee does not include a fishing charter or a boat to fish from.
-- Ocean Reef Club is a private club. Only individuals who register for our event will have gate access to enter.
-- Registration is open to MCASF members only.
-- We respectfully ask that any HVAC contractor guests / participants *must* be MCASF members.
-- Event registration is required in order to register to participate in the actual fishing tournament.
-- We can only guarantee tee shirt availability for those who register by May 15th.


Cancellations, No Shows, & Payment Policies:
-- All registration fees are due on Friday June 2nd. Need an invoice? Please let us know!
-- Payment by credit card is an option. Please contact info@mcasf.org to inquire.
-- Should you need to cancel your registration, you may request a refund of your registration fee in writing no later than Friday, June 2nd. After that date, cancellations will not receive a refund. Personalized items are non-refundable.
-- Due to facility costs that the Association incurs, if you register, pay, and do not show up for the event, your registration fee will not be refunded. Additionally, should you register for the event without providing payment and fail to show up for the event, you will still be responsible for paying the registration fee.
