LMIC TAC Meeting 2017 

Welcome!  It's that time of year again.  We're preparing for the LMIC Annual TAC Meeting.  Please join us for this meeting.  We have a business meeting and educational speakers planned.  This is an important planning meeting for the LMIC.  Please hold the dates and we look forward to seeing you!

The meeting will start at 8:00 am, Tuesday, May 23 and end by 1:00 on Wednesday, May 24. 

Tuesday (5/23):

Tuesday will consist of an LMIC business session at Farm Bureau.  Breakfast will be on your own (provided by the hotel for hotel guests).  LMIC will provide a lunch and dinner. Please plan to attend this session on Tuesday.

Wedensday (5/24):

Wednesday morning we will be meeting again at American Farm Bureau offices.  There will be a business planning session and some great guest speakers. Breakfast and lunch will be on your own.

Hotel

We have a block of rooms reserved at the Hyatt Place Washington DC/National Mall.  Rooms are $242 plus tax per night.  These rates are available 2 days before and after the meeting for anyone wishing to extend their stay.  The hotel is full on Monday (5/22), but you should be able to make reservations for the other nights.  Also, if you need other hotel options, contact the LMIC.

The hotel offers a complimentarly breakfast.  We expect hotel guests to eat there, as we will not be providing breakfast at the meeting.

Transportation

The hotel is very near Farm Bureau offices and we anticipate everyone will be able to walk between the two buildings.
