2017 - 2018 Tuition Rates
Tuition covers only part of the cost to educate a child. Parish Subsidy, School Fund Drive and Parent Organization fundraisers make up the difference.

*Tuition is due on the first day of each month, beginning July 1, 2017 and ending on June 1, 2018.
A $20 late fee will be added after the due date.
Limited Tuition Assistance is available. Please ask for more information from the school office.
Registration
Student is considered “registered” for the 2017 -2018 school year once the following steps have been completed:

Families register under one of two categories: In-Parish or Out-of-Parish
To qualify for the 2017 - 2018 School Year In-Parish Rate, a family must meet the following criteria:

3. Families participate in Mass attendance and involve themselves in the various outreach/educational programs of the parish

Extended Daycare Information (EDC) (optional program)
Registration Fee – Family shall pay an annual $30 registration fee to use this program.
Explanation of Rates – Rates are based on a per-child basis at $5 per hour. There is a minimum one-hour charge per visit. After the first hour, time is broken down into half hours with a five-minute grace period (i.e. 3:00 – 3:45 = 1 hour, 3:00 – 4:30 = 1.5 hours, 3:00 – 5:05 = 2 hours)
Extended Daycare Schedule – EDC is open from 7:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. Remember, EDC is open on half days, but closed during full days off from school. EDC will follow the schedule for late start if we have inclement weather.
Monthly EDC Invoices – Invoices will be sent out by the 1st of the month reflecting the prior month’s balance. If payment is not received by the due date, a $20 late fee may be assessed.
Late Pick-up – A fee of $1 per one (1) minute after 6:00 P.M. will be added to your monthly statement. Failure to pay these fees will result in your child being denied care until payment is made.

Auction Requirements
At the time of registration, a Classroom Auction Fee of $15 per child is due. Each family is required to procure an auction donation valued at a minimum of $200 or provide a $200 donation. Procurred items/donations are due no later than December 1, 2017. If auction donation paperwork IS NOT received by deadline, an auction fee of $200 may be charged.

To Volunteer for Your Child’s Class – Virtus Safe Environment Program
To help in the classroom, drive on field trips, tutor, or to be a CYO coach or volunteer, you must complete the Virtus Safe Environment Program. Please go to VirtusOnline.org to register and complete the training or to check your status on previous training.
