ITCC is a deliberately small conference where treatment centers, interventionists and others can network with each other in an intimate and relaxing environment. Participants come away from the conference as collaborators, having a much better understanding of what everyone in the industry has to offer in order to make better client referrals. There are a lot of breaks and opportunities for networking as well. We partner with The Gonzalez Recovery Residences (GRR) to put on this event.
Plan to attend the whole conference, with presentations beginning at 10:30 am on Monday May 8th and finishing at 12 pm on Wednesday, May 10th with an optional lunch to follow. Attendees need to stay for ALL of the presentations.
Out of courtesy for the presenters there will be NO cell phone use during the presentations. You will have frequent breaks to make calls and check voicemails/emails.
Each treatment center will be given 10 minutes to present the three things that they do best and what makes them unique. Each interventionist will be given 5 minutes to do the same. Other facilities that would not fall into those categories, such as drug testing agencies, need to sign up for the 15 or 20 minute time slot rather than just the standard 10 minutes. Treatment centers can upgrade to a 15 or 20 minute time slot if they prefer.
Each center needs to bring someone who works in a clincial capacity. (Interventionists- Clinicians- Admissions & Discharge Planning Personnel- Medical or Clinical Directors- CEO or Owners).
By registering for this event you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as outlined below as well as the additional agreements.
Once you register for the event no refunds will be given. If you cancel between 6 weeks and 30 days prior to the conference start date: Conference fees will not be refunded but your fees will be held for you to use on a future conference.
Between 30 days-14 days prior to the conference start date: Conference fees will not be refunded. Fees will be held for you to use on a future conference, minus a $500 cancellation fee. This fee may be waived if we can find someone to fill your spot.
Less than 14 days prior to the conference start date: Conference feeds will not be refunded. Fees will be held for a future conference, minus a $500 cancellation fee.
If you do not notify us prior to the event that you will not be in attendance you are waiving all fees paid.
You must bring at least one attendee who works in a clinical capacity. (Interventionists- Clinicians- Admissions & Discharge Planning Personnel- Medical or Clinical Directors- CEO or Owners). This applies to Treatment Centers only.
Each attendee needs to stay the entire length of the conference.
You need to send in your company's workbook page and/or attendee photos by April 19th, 2017 to be included in the master workbook.
