Travis Roy – motivational speaker, philanthropist, author and former BU hockey player – speaks to students and parents about the importance of having high expectations, goals and the resilience to persevere through adversity. "In life there are times when we choose our challenges and other times when the challenges simply choose us. The question is whether we conquer the challenges life presents us, or surrender to them."

Patrick's Promise - I've Got Your Back is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the ideals, strengths, and goals that Pat Sibley strove toward in his life. We, his family and friends, feel it is incumbent upon us to continue his legacy. He was a constant beacon to all who knew him of what was attainable through hard work, determination and commitment. Beyond that, Pat's affinity for the well-being of this teammates and friends was paramount in how he lived his life. "I've got your back" was his promise to those who were struggling, troubled or just in need of one of Patrick's mega-watt smiles. It is our sincere hope to keep his spirit alive by assisting youth whom may need a boost, a helping hand, a path to become the best they can be. We look to do so by sponsoring healthy habits and physical activities much like the ones Pat lived by day in and day out.
