A Community Reception & Wine Tasting
Featuring

Neil Horikoshi
President & Executive Director
Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund

Why should leaders in education, business, and the community care about the needs of AAPIs in the Pacific Northwest and the Nation? As one of the fastest growing populations in the U.S., the AAPI community will grow from 18 million to over 41 million by 2050.

Join the Asian & Pacific Islander American Scholarship Fund (APIASF) and local leaders on Thursday, April 27, 2017 to discuss the state of Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) students in higher education. Guests will learn more about APIASF and South Seattle College's efforts to accelerate AAPI student success while enjoying wine offerings from the college's Northwest Wine Academy.

There is a role for everyone to play and the stakes could not be more critical for the collective future.

The event is FREE, but registration is required.
