Join the Judges of the 3rd Circuit Civil Division and fellow attorneys in shared ideas on the joint bench-bar challenge of efficient handling of influx of auto neg. cases. 

TOPICS INCLUDE:

Modified scheduling order - Court-wide use of a new addendum to scheduling orders in No-Fault/auto neg. cases

One-year goal - Sharing ideas for resolving most No-Fault/auto neg. cases within one year of filing

Mediation pilot program - Expedited facilitative mediation in cases evaluated for under $25,000

Covenant motions/orders - Consistency and efficiency in addressing Covenant motions and stipulated apportionment orders
