Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the AFP South Eastern Ontario Chapter. Cancellations received on or before April 27, 2017 will be eligible for a refund, less a $25 administration fee. Cancellations received after April 27, 2017 will not be eligible for a refund, but substitutes from the same organization are welcome.
