Cindy Micheli, the Acting Superintendent of the Capitol Reef National Park, and Marci Milligan, of the Entrada Institute, are combining forces and turning out the town of Torrey for a fourth year.  The UWS Arts and the Park Committee, under the leadership of Maura Naughton, has worked to improve this plein air experience in this beautiful location, an artist's dream.
