There are a number of reasons why a home health agency may get RECOUPMENT of payment following a request for medical review or Additional Development Request (ADR).
It is important for home health agencies to identify what documentation areas and aspects of care are vulnerable for partial or full payment denial and take steps to prevent or in some cases correct them.

Cancellations received in writing 7 days prior to the workshop will be subject to a $50.00 administrative fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations received within 10 days of the workshop. Refunds will NOT be made for no show. However, substitutions will be allowed. Please advise A1 HC&S in writing of any cancellations or substitution in advance of the workshop.
