MARCH FOR MEALS 5K WALK 

The Parker County Committee on Aging and Meals on Wheels invites you to the “March for Meals 5K Walk” on March 25, 2017.  This fun-filled community event raises awareness and funds to support the nutritional needs of Parker County seniors.  Meals on Wheels is an important provider in our community that is dedicated to addressing senior hunger and isolation.

The walk 5K will begin at the Weatherford Senior Center and continues to the Patsy Hook Dog Park at Heritage Park, Holland Lake Trail.  The 5k round trip will bring participants back to the Weatherford Senior Center to enjoy food and fun activities in the parking lot.  Local community partners and businesses will provide information on resources available to local seniors. 

Registration is $25 per person or $100 for a group of five.  All proceeds support the continuing efforts of Parker County's Meals on Wheels program.
