e2e Wyoming is an educational networking program of the Wyoming Technology Business Center with chapters in Laramie, Sheridan and Casper designed to improve the climate for the start-up and growth of entrepreneurial companies. Several meetings are held each year where entrepreneurs meet with people interested in entrepreneurship to talk about issues related to starting and growing a business.
Travis Todd, co-founder of FullContact, will be the next e2e Wyoming speaker in Sheridan on March 22nd. FullContact is a Denver-based technology company that provides a suite of cloud-based contact management solutions for businesses, developers, and individuals. Launched from a basement in 2010 by Bart Lorang, Dan Lynn and Travis Todd, FullContact has graduated from TechStars accelerator in Boulder, received $50M in venture capital and now employs 230 people.
Travis will tell the story of launching FullContact and the company's growth over the years, which includes acquiring four companies along with the assets of two others. FullContact now has a presence in Denver, Dallas, Latvia and India, giving it a truly global presence. FullContact, which introduced the idea of "paid, paid vacation" in 2012 has consistently been voted as one of the best companies to work for by Outside Magazine.
In addition to serving on FullContact's board of directors, Travis's current role is Head of Labs, which allows him to work on experimental, research and development projects. Travis has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wyoming and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife Mindy have two children Houston (6) and Elsie (2), with a third child on the way. Raised on a family ranch in northeastern Wyoming, Travis and his family were excited for the opportunity to recently return to this great state.
The WTBC will also kick off this e2e Wyoming program by announcing the top five finalists for this year's Sheridan Start-Up Challenge.
