Midwest Collaborative for Library Services community engagement consultants, will guide us through facilitated exercises, group discussions, and examples of impactful library community engagement to discover and experience various methods we can use to engage with our community. You will leave the workshop with an understanding of the importance of community engagement, equipped with a concrete plan of action and tools for easy-to-implement activities and tools for deeper conversations and dialogues you can start using right away in your own school.
This workshop is open to school, public, academic librarians, and all interested parties.
