Format: Four Person Scramble
Entry fee for golfers include: Golf, golf cart w/GPS, breakfast, lunch, snacks and assorted beverages (including domestic beer, sodas, sports drinks, bottle water and a frozen Margarita Station.
Contests: Hole-In-One, Closest-to-the-Pin, and Longest Drive
Paradise package may be purchased between 8:00am-8:50am during registration, 1 limited per golfer.

RISE for Autism is hosting their 6th Annual Golf Tournament presented by Prophasys! Proceeds from the golf event will support the many programs and services offered to our local community and support local individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and their families.
RISE for Autism is opening a center based program in 2017 to bridge the gap in services for older children, teens, and young adults with ASD.A 501 (C) (3) nonprofit organization.

Available Sponsorships: Sponsorship payment by check is preferred. Credit card fees apply (4-5% of donation). This software only allows an email address to be used once to register for this event, however, there is an option to add a team/sponsorship. if you have any questions or problems registering, please contact us.
