Farm to Fork - Food Safety in the Supply Chain: April 26, 2017 

Identify best practices and applications needed by industry practitioners and program faculty to address advancing practices and technologies; and supply chain function risks and ways to mitigate these risks that can be used by business and educators as best practices.

This year's Forum will: 

  • Lead discussions on addressing food safety and security in the global trade and supply chain industry.
  • Look at integrated approaches to supply chain risk management in order to mitigate supply chain disruptions
  • Look at solutions that have developed for the safety and security of our increasingly global supply chain.
