WalkUP Wake-Up Call: Metro New York

The George Washington University's Center for Real Estate and Urban Analysis (CREUA) is releasing first-of-its-kind research about the development trends in the New York metropolitan region.  Our nearly 100% census of all real estate in the metro area has enabled us to draw conclusions as to how the region has been growing historically AND where and how the metro area will grow over the next 10-20 years.

By attending this conference you will learn how walkable urban developments (WalkUPs) are responsible for an outsize percentage of the region's population, employment, and GDP and how they stack up economically and socially against drivable suburban communities.
