Founded in 1966, our private non-profit organization operates over 40 programs dedicated to improving the lives of low-income households and assisting them in attaining economic self-sufficiency. Programming includes family and emergency services, housing security, health, nutrition and education. BVCA strengthens local rural communities by engaging volunteers and collaborating with local, regional, and state entities on development and improvement projects. Our southeast Nebraska service area includes Butler, Fillmore, Gage, Jefferson, Polk, Saline, Seward, Thayer and York County.
