Join the Art Deco Society of Washington, and the national and international guests attending the Post-World Congress on Art Deco tour of Pittsburgh, for a Fundraiser for the Frank House Foundation.

The Crystal Room in the historic St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Cathedral (located across Forbes Avenue from the Carnegie Museum of Art) will be the site of the evening program including

  • an open bar reception,
  • buffet dinner,
  • screening of a new video on the Frank House http://thefrankhouse.org/gallery produced and narrated by leading architectural historian Barry Bergdoll, and
  • a "Living History" discussion with Alan Frank. Alan grew up in the Frank House and has fond memories of interactions with Gropius and Breuer and the social life in the home.

There is also a very limited opportunity to tour the ground floor of the Frank House with Mr. Frank.

If you are unable to attend the dinner, please consider making a donation. Donations will go directly to the Frank House Foundation with no administrative charges.

Donation checks should be made out to the Alan I W Frank House Foundation and mailed to ADSW, PO Box 42722, Washington, DC 20015. They will be presented to Mr. Frank at the fundraiser.

Proceeds from the fundraiser, less event costs, will also be donated to the Frank House Foundation.

If paying for the fundraiser by check, please make sure your check arrives by May 17, 2017.
