Mayfest 2017 Craft Fair 

The Perryville Mayfest Craft Fair welcomes over 200 regional vendors to Perryville, Missouri the day before Mother's Day for this festival. Please make sure you read all guidelines before submitting applications with payment. Returning Vendors have until March 1, 2017 to reserve their space from the previous year. Deadline for all applications is April 28, 2017.  Confirmations will be mailed out after April 15, 2017. PLEASE CALL FIRST IF YOU ARE A DIRECT SELL COMPANY.

General Information/ Entry Fee:

A 10' x 10' Booth Space - $50.00. Limit of 2 | Cancellations prior to April 22^nd will be refunded $20 per booth. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 1^ST | If Craft Fair is canceled by the committee for any reason, half of the booth rental fee will be refunded.

Policies and Rules: 

1. Tent cannot take up more than a 10'x10' booth space or a second space must be rented.

2.  Returning Vendors will have first option to the same space as previous year. Other spaces will be available to vendors on a first reply basis and upon payment.

3. Selling Hours: 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. Vendors are not permitted to remove your stand before 4:00 pm. 

4. Vendors will not be allowed back into the Mayfest Craft Fair if any rules are violated.

5. Mayfest Committee has the right to limit duplicate booths.

6. If you sell a trademark item such as Scentsy, Pampered Chef, etc., please call prior to sending in your app. as we only accept one rep from each business.  *Please note Chamber Members have first priority   

7. NO WALKING AROUND SALES – NO FOOD (READY TO EAT) SALES *Food & Drink will be available for purchase*

 8. Mayfest Committee & their members assume NO RESPONSIBILITY for loss of damage to person or property.

 9. Your cancelled check is confirmation of entry payment. If you need written confirmation please contact the Chamber office at 573-547-6062 or by email, amanda@perryvillemo.com.

10. Vendors are responsible or setting up and tearing down their own displays. Booths must be set up by 9:00 am.

11.  We will be charging $5.00 for ALL electric spots, regardless if the electric is being used or not. There are 48 electric spots available. If you are requesting the same booth as you had last year, you may call the Perryville Chamber to see if that spot has electric. You will have the choice of paying for the electric or request a new booth.

12. All vendors in an Electric Spot are required to supply their proper size electrical cord for your booth.

13. All Vendors are required to collect and remit Sales Tax on sales made at this event.
