Marketing 3.0-Plan to Profit

This workshop is a one-session boot-camp designed to develop the strategic marketing plan for your business.  In order to develop a marketing plan, you must have an understanding of the market.  That requires market research and this class will help you identify the tool and techniques to research your market.  In a crowded global marketplace you must have something that makes your product unique – this is the process of developing your brand.  Learn the how a Nike, Starbucks, Audi, or McDonald's constantly compete in saturated markets, yet develop new strategies to distinguish their product offerings – this is accomplished through branding.  What is your product brand?  How should you develop this brand? Finally, how can building this brand help you increase your profit? These processes can only be completed through developing an effective Strategic Marketing Plan. Participants will begin the process of developing this plan and leave this course with an outline designed to allow them to complete and implement the tactics necessary to build a profitable business.

Market Research

The completed plan will help you identify:

  • What is the marketing problem that you must solve?  
  • What is your value proposition?
  • Who are your customers?
  • What’s in it for them (WIIF-THEM); the reason to purchase your product/service?
  • How must you reach these customers?
  • What will you do to keep these customers and generate repeat business?
  • How to incorporate the marketing mix including social media into a comprehensive MAPŠ - Marketing Action Plan

This course is fast paced and packed with valuable information and taught by Stephanie Ardrey, MAOM, serial entrepreneur, author – “Show Me The Money: The 9Ps To Profit!,” adjunct university professor, University of California, Los Angeles, California State University, Los Angeles, Los Angeles Southwest College, and FIDM/LA, along with being a seasoned real estate developer.  Ardrey has an over 25-year professional history of building profitable ventures.  She has extensive corporate and entrepreneurial experience and in each instance, the firms she has touched delivered measured increased profits in short fiscal cycles.  Ardrey was a leader in launching the multicultural advertising/marketing communications market specialty through her formation of the ArdreyGroup, Inc. an over $250 million dollar firm with eight offices across seven states and over 400 employees as a result of a joint venture.  Ardrey informed the general market on how to understand the cultural and ethnic distinctions across target market segments.  Clients such as: California Department of Health Services, PetsMart, Chart House Restaurants, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Phoenix Lottery, Texas Utilities, Bank of America, House of Seagram’s, Macy’s of California, the Claremont Resort Hotel, Hyatt Regency Hotel, Parc Oakland Hotel, KDIA, and KSOL radio stations, Dole Foods, Bank of America, Golden State Warriors, Kal Kan/M&M Mars Foods, City of Oakland, the Urban League, and others.

Ardrey is completing a Doctor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business and holds a Master of Arts degree from Antioch University – McGregor School of Business, and a graduate of the University of Southern California's Ross Program in Real Estate Finance and Development.

Stephanie Ardrey is a serial entrepreneur, having conceptualized and launched multiple business ventures over the last three decades. Her entrepreneurial and corporate experience has covered multiple industries including real estate finance, construction and development, consumer goods, entertainment – music, film, and television, high-tech, financial services, insurance, municipalities and more. The ArdreyGroup Inc. was a full-service advertising and marketing communications firm. Ardrey has trained thousands of entrepreneurs over the last two decades on business planning, strategic growth tactics and provides management consulting and coaching services to entrepreneurs with an emphasis on fiscal issues – debt and equity strategies. Ardrey is completing a Doctor of Business Administration, holds a Master and Bachelor of Arts degree from Antioch University – McGregor School of Business focusing on organizational management and leadership; Real Estate Finance and Development graduate from the University of Southern California.
