Join Us for Family Camp 2017
June 22-25

Join us for a great experience for families of all kinds. The long weekend includes a mix of activities and free time.  Go swimming and boating, or just relax.  Spend some time with those closest to you discussing things that matter. Take advantage of a selection of fun workshops for all ages. There is something for everyone!

REGISTRATION is Thursday, 1:00 – 4:00 pm.  Please check in at the main office. Swimming and boating will be available Thursday afternoon until 4:00.

MEALS are always served in the Dining Hall – Breakfast at 8:00 am, Lunch at 12:00, and Dinner at 5:30 pm.  Our program includes  8 meals:  dinner on Thursday through breakfast on Sunday morning.hiking at Family Camp

CHOOSE FROM THREE HOUSING OPTIONS:  Cabins (sleeps 10-12 in bunks) and lodge rooms  (2 beds: 2 doubles or double and single, and private bath) are available for families.  Some families choose to share a cabin with close friends or extended family members (Shared Cabin option).  Sharing a cabin with another family offers the lowest rates.  For a family that chooses to have a cabin to themselves (Single Family Cabin option) the price is slightly higher.  Lodge  rooms for a little more are also available sleeping up to 4.

At Family Camp, a "family" is defined as 1 or 2 adults and those under the age of 18 that they are responsible for.

SCHEDULE:  Before dinner on Thursday and on Sunday morning, we offer a time of joyful and meaningful worship experiences for all ages.  Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings after breakfast will be time for intergenerational learning and activities.  Please join us for these times of learning, sharing, and experiencing God’s presence in community.

Saturday night after dinner we will be having an Un-talent Show.  Families might like to plan a song to sing or perform a skit, play an instrument, tell some jokes, or dance.  Actual talent is optional.  We encourage anyone who wants to participate.  All acts are welcome, so plan ahead and bring your untalent and any costumes or props you might need.

Check out, from the cabins or lodge rooms, is by 9:00 am on Sunday, with a program continuing until 11:30 am.  We encourage families to continue with friends old and new by sharing lunch together in nearby Peterborough or beyond.
