Pope Memorial SPCA Summer Camp Registration 

We welcome you and your child to our summer camp program! We are glad to have the opportunity to provide a wonderful camp experience for your child. 

Our camp offers children the opportunity to develop a caring, compassionate and responsible awareness of pets. Our week long camps are perfect for children who have a sincere interest in all animals, especially companion animals.

Campers will cover topics that include proper pet care and safe handling of pets, responsible pet ownership, grooming and training pets, among other topics. Campers will also meet special guests throughout the week. Time with shelter pets is on the schedule too!

Goals of our Camp: Provide a fun and educational experience, assist children in becoming animal advocates, introduce services offered by the SPCA, learn how animals communicate, provide positive interaction with shelter pets.

Camp registrations will be accepted on a first come, first completed registration basis along with payment. Please review the following information regarding camp and contact us with any questions or concerns.

Please note there are TWO steps to registration: 
1. Download/print Required Forms for parents/guardians AND physicians to fill out and return by mail; Pope Memorial SPCA, 94 Silk Farm Rd, Concord, NH 03301 or fax to 603-856-8972. 
2. Register below and pay by credit card online or print off registration page and send in with check, please be sure to place "Summer Camp" in memo section.

Camp Information: Camp days run from Monday through Friday for children ages 5-15 yrs. 
**Children who are 5 years old must have completed Kindergarten and be entering first grade in the Fall 2017.Please note enrollment for camp sessions is limited.

Camp Fee: Full payment must be made when registering your child. You may pay with a check, payable to “Pope Memorial SPCA” please place "Summer Camp" in memo section of check.  Registration payments can be made following the registration link below or at the Pope Memorial SPCA.  We do not offer any discounts for siblings or scholarships for low income families at this time.

Cancellation Policy: A $25 administration fee will be assessed per camper for all cancellations.  If the cancellation is more than 30 days prior to camp start date, a full refund (minus the administration fee) will be refunded. If less than two weeks a refund will only be given if your child’s camp spot can be filled. No refund will be given without a two weeks’ notice of cancellation.

Please note: In order for your child to attend camp a physician form must be completed by your child’s primary care physician verifying that your child has had a complete physical exam within the last two years, is up to date on immunizations, and provides a doctor’s order for medication administration during camp hours. A printout from your child’s doctor with details of their last physical, immunizations, and a doctor’s signature showing your child cleared for all camp activities can replace the form. If you child has an inhaler or epi-pen we require a doctor’s note that the child is allowed to administer this medication on their own or complete instructions for camp counselor to administer with written permission from parent/guardian in which to do so. This can also be found on the physician form.
