Rules for Football Pool
Cumulative Pick'em Pool
1. Choose winners for all of the games in the upcoming week (no spreads).
2. One point awarded for each correct pick.
3. Fail to make picks and you're given the home teams for each game.
4. Fail to make picks the second time, and no picks will be made resulting in a zero for the week
5. Every week, the team with the highest point total will win 2 tickets in the 100 section for a future Patriots home game.
6. Every week additionally, second place will win two tickets in the 300 section for a future Patriots home game.
7. Ties are broken by the team who picks the closest to the Monday Night score without going over. If there is still a tie, those still in the running choose total yard scored for the home team in the Thursday Night game.
8. Winner is chosen by who is the closet without going over. The team with the most points at the end of the season wins 2 First Class airline tickets anywhere in the Continental U.S. Same tie-breakers apply. Monday Night Score 1. Every week teams submit a guess at the total number of points scored in the Monday Night game. 2. If multiple teams guess corectly, those teams make a prediction for the toal yards scored by the home team in the Thursday Night game. The Team that guesses the correct total yards by the home team without going over wins a $100 Capital Grille gift card. Drop Dead Pool 1. Pick one team each week that you believe will win. If that team wins then you advance to the next week, if they lose you are out of the pool. 2. You can only pick a team once throughout the course of the season. 3. Fail to make a pick, get the most common team picked that week (win or lose). Fail to make a pick twixe and you are eliminated. 4. Teams remaining after the regular season will continue into the playoffs until 1 team remains. Last team standing will recieve 2 First Class airline tickets anywhere in the Continental U.S. Two Strike Drop Dead Pool 1. Pick a winner each week. Make an incorrect pick and you have one strike with the chance to make a pick again. Make two incorrect picks and you're out. 2. If there are teams remaining at the end of the season, the pool continues until the playoffs with everyone having only one strike. Winner will recieve 2 Coach Airline tickets to anywhere in the Continental U.S. |
