Fresh off the podium from IR Magazine's annual investor relations awards, we will showcase a panel of this year's winners!  Our panel of experts will share some key insights and tips on how to run a "best in class" IR program. Our discussion will be moderated by IR Magazine's Ben Ashwell, who will also review some of the highlights from this year's award campaign regarding the issues that investors care about.  Please join us for a lively and informative webcast.

Ben Ashwell is an award-winning journalist. During his career he has worked in Europe and North America, covering a range of topics including corporate governance, executive search, executive compensation, succession planning and investor relations. He holds a Master's degree in Creative Writing from Kingston University and was recently anthologized in The Best New British and Irish Poets.

Jack Carsky

Jack is responsible for all of Visa Inc.'s communications with the investment community, including quarterly earnings reports and managing relationships with both sell-side research analysts and buy-side institutional investors.
 
From 1998 until he joined Visa in August 2007, he held leadership roles in Investor Relations at Providian Financial, and subsequently Washington Mutual ("WaMu") which merged with Providian in 2005. Prior to Providian/WaMu, he worked at The American Stock Exchange where he was in charge of listed-company investor relations programs.
 
Earlier in his career he worked for several firms in the areas of investor relations; corporate governance; and proxy consulting.
 
Mr. Carsky has a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Carol DiRaimo

Prior to joining the company in 2008, Carol was Vice President of Investor Relations for Applebee's International, Inc., where she was employed for 14 years and served in a variety of capacities, including financial planning & reporting, treasury and corporate analysis, before heading the investor relations function.  Carol has over 25 years of experience in the restaurant industry and 6 years of public accounting experience at Deloitte. 
 
Carol has received numerous awards, including being named one of the top 25 global investor relations professionals over the past 25 years by IR Magazinein 2013.  IR Magazine has honored Carol six times as Best Investor Relations Officer in the U.S. for a small to mid cap company.  In 2017, Jack in the Box received awards for best overall Investor Relations Program (mid cap) and best in sector: consumer discretionary by IRMagazine.  Institutional Investor has named Carol to its All-America Executive Team ten times.  Institutional Investor ranked her as the Best Investor Relations Officer by the sellside for five consecutive years (2013 - 2017) as well as the Best Investor Relations Officer by the buy-side in 2016 and 2017.  Institutional Investor also recognized Jack in the Box Inc. as one of America's Most Honored Companies for three consecutive years (2015 - 2017).
 
Carol graduated summa cum laude from the University of Missouri with a BS in accountancy, and received a Bronze Medal on the CPA exam in 1983.  She also earned an Executive Fellows MBA from Rockhurst University in 2004. 
 
From 2006 to 2011, Carol served on the Board of Directors of the National Investor Relations Institute.  In 2010, she was elected to the Board of Trustees of Rockhurst University where she serves as finance committee chair and on the advancement and audit committees.
