  • Prices:
  •  $320 - full table (8) in  RESERVED seating ($360 after May 4th)
  • $160 - 1/2 table (4) in RESERVED seating ($180 after May 4th)
  • $ 40 - Single Adult (1) in non-reserved seating ($45 after May 4th)

Note: This year's dinner is a buffet style Baron of Beef with salad, vegetables, potatoes and dessert provided by MSU Catering.

The full and half table options will RESERVE your seats at the banquet with the name of your group or business prominently displayed on the table. You will not have to arrive early to secure your seating.  Thank you for bringing your friends and colleagues!

CBU supporters!  The last SIX banquets have sold out before the event.  Please make your reservations prior to April 30th to receive standard pricing on dinner seats.

Get your reservations made early using the "Register Now" button at the bottom. 

Here's what we have planned:

5:00 PM - Registration/Check-In/Social Hour.  Festivities begin with a no-host bar. Check out the Silent and Live Auction items and play some of the raffle games!

6:30 PM - The buffet style dinner begins serving!  Our first silent auction table will close at the end of dinner (6:45) so don't forget to check on those items.  

7:00 PM - CBU Executive Director Kerry White will provide a summary of our 2016/2017 activities to date and what CBU will be focusing on for the remainder of 2017 and beyond.

7:30 PM - CBU's recognition of supporters and volunteers. Closing the final silent auction.

7:45 PM - We will dive into our live auction followed by drawing this year's winners of the 50/50 and Raffle tickets.  Lots going on, and lots of great things to win.

In the meantime, we will keep you updated with our individual and business sponsors and provide descriptions of raffle and auction items as they come available.  Be sure to "Like" us on Facebook, where more frequent discussions will occur, and, where we will showcase some of the donated items we've received.

PLEASE Don't miss it.  It's a great time and we want to see you.  Thank you for your past support and participation in this event.  We can't do it without you!

NOTE: You do not have to use PayPal to register. Our debit/credit card processing runs through PayPal but you can bypass PayPal by selecting the Pay with Debit or Credit Card option at our PayPal site.
