Pricing Strategies

April 6th - Marion Public Library

The prices you charge for your products and/or services determine the success of your business.  Charging too little and you may not remain financially strong (even though you may be generating sales).  Charge too much and you may lose to the competition. Setting your pricing strategies is as important to your company as anything else you face.  How do you know how to set prices?  This workshop will give you an overview of multiple pricing strategies and how to calculate profit margins to assure that you are getting the best return for your investment in materials, labor and marketing efforts.

What we’ll cover:   bills_coins.jpg

  • Common pricing mistakes
  • Product pricing vs. service pricing
  • Eleven different pricing strategies you can use
  • Pricing implications for profitability
  • Impact on your company's image

Not to be missed if you want  to be successful.  You get this right.....You Win.

This is an overall look at a variety of pricing strategies that are used in business today.  Just as each business is unique, no single pricing strategy is best for all businesses.  There will be plenty of time for questions from the attendees.
