Community Conversation: Oral Health Care Access for Individuals with Special Health Care Needs

The purpose of this program is to discuss dental care accessibility for individuals with special health care needs (ISHCN), including techniques that are working well and barriers to accessing dental care.  Your comments are confidential and will be used to design programs that improve access to oral health care for ISHCN. Who Should Attend?  
This event is an opportunity for direct support professionals, caregivers, medical and dental providers, families, friends and loved ones to discuss oral health care access for individuals with special health care needs in a casual, facilitated setting. This event is free, and all are welcome to attend.

Please bring a guest!  Individuals with physical, developmental or intellectual disabilities are encouraged to attend. Please register yourself and any guests using the "Register Now" button above.
