The LA-AEP Mentor Roundtable Series is an annual mentor roundtable series of events held for students and young professionals to interact with professionals in an informal speed-networking format.
The event will consist of experienced professionals speaking to small groups of attendees in an intimate and informal setting about their current position, the path they took to get there, and answering any potential questions. After approximately 10 minutes, the mentors will rotate and start again with a new group. The focus is dialogue, not lecture. The Mentors may give a short bio on their career path and degrees, and then open it up to questions. Attendees, please come prepared to ask questions!
We will have 6 rotations among groups, with a 10 minute break at the halfway mark, and 20 minutes at the end for more mingling. The event will end at 8:30.
