NCOIC INTEROPERABILITY DEMONSTRATION

"THE ART OF THE POSSIBLE"

NCOIC’s next interoperability demonstration, which will be held in Arlington, Virginia and also feature a virtual audience, will spotlight secure interoperability, governance and interoperability verification. It builds on the successful “Art of the Possible” demo held in December 2016 as part of the fourth-quarter NCOIC Board of Directors and Advisory Council meeting.

The presentation will focus on themes suggested by leaders who took part in previous meetings, including:

  • Methods used on Day One to govern and focus the collaborative effort of diverse groups responding to crisis situations
  • Means and methodologies to ensure secure-access to the information shared among participants is properly managed
  • Effective measures and methodologies that can be used to verify interoperability of products and services before deployment (i.e., before purchase)

Attendance at the event is open to members and guests, and registration is required for those attending in person or virtually. Please RSVP now to join the distinguished leaders from government and industry as we showcase capabilities and discuss important issues pertaining to interoperability.

Note: NCOIC members that take part in the demonstration will have a chance to describe how their products and services contribute to an interoperable environment. Previous participants have valued the unique opportunity to directly engage with the national and international leaders and customers attending the events. Members who wish to participate and showcase their capabilities should contact Ed Barger at Ed.Barger@ncoic.org by April 7.
