The training is intended to:

• Provide step by step instructions on how to complete the form, to ensure there are no delays in processing time.   
• Discuss the different request types & the responsibilities of the submitter.
• What documents should be submitted along with the packet as supporting documents. 
• Processing time once all documents are submitted.

Who's invited?

• All providers in the Southern Region.  (all other registrants will be removed from the roster)
