IMPORTANT PARKING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE MEETING:

From KS Highway 7 (4^th Street) turn west onto Spruce Street.
In one block turn right onto 5^th Street.

Proceed two blocks to Chestnut.
On the northwest corner of this intersection is the First Methodist Parking lot. We will be using this lot.

If you need handicapped parking, parking attendants will direct you to the lot behind the Presbyterian Church where we have room to park twenty cars.

Street parking is free and is usually available on weekdays on Chestnut and Walnut.

Welcome to the online registration for the upcoming meeting of the presbytery. By registering online, you save time at check-in, and there is no need to complete the handwritten "Attendance Form". This also helps us in preparing for lunch, and in planning for snack breaks. The online registration gives the option for teaching elders (pastors) to submit their excused absence.

The April 25th Presbytery Meeting will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Leavenworth, Kansas. Refer to the event location at the left for address, map, and a link to access driving directions from your location.

Check-In: 8:00am

Meeting begins: 9:00am

ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS MONDAY, APRIL 17TH.

If you miss the online registration deadline - that does not mean you cannot attend. Those who decide to attend after April 17th, will simply need to register AT the meeting - just complete the handwritten "Attendance Form" and bring it with you (preferred), or complete one upon arrival.

If you are planning to attend the meeting, register online by clicking the "Register Now" button below, and complete the registration. Here you will not only register your attendance, but make a lunch reservation, list your dietary needs, and reserve child care if needed.

If you would like to request an excused absence for this meeting, continue by hitting "Register Now" , enter the required information, scroll to the bottom and select that you will NOT be attending.
