Manitoba Federatio of Non-Profit Organizations Presents a Workshop for Youth & Young Professionals

"Career Explorations: Your Community. Your Career" 

Career Explorations: Your Community. Your Career. is an initiative of MFNPO to research, write and publish information about occupations and career development in the non-profit sector, and frame these stories in ways that engage youth and young professionals, our emerging workforce and target audience, and promote recruitment, retention, and succession within our sector.

We have an exciting opportunity to host a workshop with youth ages 16-20, on March 25th from 10:00 - 1:00 at 1000 Waverley. Lunch will be served, and youth participants will receive a $20 Tim Hortons gift card. 

The workshop will engage youth in a process designed to develop personal narratives about non-profit organizations and to co-create content narratives for a video, to be made in collaboration with Proctor Bros. This work will be featured on our website. The focus of the content will be exploring and celebrating the benefit of non-profits in communities, and the opportunities they provide for employees to live their values and have fun in their professions.
