   We take classes to learn to document requirements, and we conduct requirements gathering and documentation for every project we work on. We share these documents with a variety of audiences: the business, Sr management, IT systems developers, perhaps even more. But how successful are we in accomplishing this task? How would you grade yourself?

   This session will actually be HIGHLY INTERACTIVE EXERCISES. We will use the outcomes and learning from these exercises to help use diagnose and grade our ability to Communicate and Correctly Understand our Business Requirements, and give us some action plans going forward.
