QuickBooks Online Version:

An Introduction to QuickBooks

Introduction to QuickBooks – Learn to move around in QuickBooks Online Version, correctly configure the software and chart of accounts, prepare company data for import, set-up users, master the Easy Step Overview, manage notes, to do lists, custom fields, etc. We also cover how to process accounts receivable and payable, establish vendor and checking preferences, enter bills, pay bills, memorize bills and far more.

While QuickBooks® is user friendly, mistakes are commonly made in the set-up process which can result in inaccurate data and costly troubleshooting. Even if you are an advanced QuickBooks user, it may be a good idea to go through our Introduction to QuickBooks Seminar to ensure the accuracy of your setup; a skillset that requires in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, workflow and the software.

“What gets measured gets managed.  A business owner can greatly improve the profitability of a business by tracking 5 critical reports from QuickBooks at 5:00 PM each day.  We not only teach our QuickBooks clients how to use the software, we teach them how to run a better business by managing numbers.”

This workshop is for the QuickBooks Online Version.

Pam Bingham, Owner of PB Tax and Accounting Services, holds a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (MAFM). She is an Enrolled Agent, licensed to practice before the Internal Revenue Service, a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with extensive experience helping clients transform their vision to reality. As a fellow small business owner, Pam fully understands the challenges a small business owner faces day in and day out and can help you navigate to high level business success. Every small business owner needs to recruit an outstanding team. Pam Bingham, an exceptional profit and growth expert, can provide the financial management services you need to maximize your profitability.

Pam is passionate about helping others; which is why she chose to serve on the board of The Peacock Foundation. Since 2002, The Peacock Foundation has provided group counseling services to over 5000 children at over 20 community organizations.  The programs have been so sought after that there is now a waiting list, and Lisa Peacock, founder of the organization, is dreaming of the day when that list is again empty. “Knowing that there are children needing our services and we cannot get to them because of funding is unacceptable,” Lisa states.

Pam is married with two adult sons, and a 6-year old grandson Manny. She spends her time helping her clients save money, but cherishes the time with her family most.
