We are pleased to announce our 1st Farm to Table Dinner in 2017. Chef Anne McClelland will prepare an amazing 4 course meal for our guests. Anne is the owner of The First Bite, a local gourmet catering company. She is formally trained in both culinary and wine service and has over 16 years experience in the hospitality industry. Anne has received many accoloades in Denver and the Fairfield CT regions.

Succulent Sport Hill Farm pork belly with White Silo Black Currant chipotle glaze
Seasonal greens with locally sourced goat cheese, pancetta crumbles tossed with a White Silo Rose Vinaigrette
Happy Acres beef short ribs with White Silo Dry Blackberry and Rosemary Reduction served with whipped Butternut squash and asparagus
Pot de Crème – Decadent Guittard Dark chocolate laced with White Silo Cassis and topped with raspberry steeped whipped cream and drizzle of White Silo Raspberry wine syrup
