OLMF 2017 ANNUAL CORPORATE MEETING and LUNCHEON

Notice is hereby tendered to all Life Members that the Omega Life Membership Foundation, Inc. (OLMF) will hold its 2017 Annual Meeting and Luncheon at the Millennium Hotel Cincinnati, Cincinnati, OH, on Thursday, August 3, 2017. Pertinent information pertaining to the Annual Meeting and Memorial Luncheon is listed within this notice. 

 

Meeting Schedule:    
Tuesday, August 1, 2017  6:00 pm – 9:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting
Wednesday, August 2, 2017 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Board of Directors Meeting
Thursday, August 3, 2017 9:00 am – 11:45 am Annual Corporate Meeting
  Noon – 2:00 pm Annual Memorial Luncheon
  3:00 pm   Board of Directors Meeting

 

Eligibility For Voting: (Must Be Pre-registered) 

All members of OLMF present at the Annual Meeting and that are Pre-registered will be certified for voting upon presenting membership credentials with the Secretary or his designee. Registration must be received by July 14, 2017. Registration is available online at http://www.olmf.org .There will be no on-site registration for the Annual Corporate Meeting. 

Elections:

Two (2) At-Large members to the Board of Directors will be elected at the Annual Corporate Meeting. Incumbents Brother Reginald A. Henry and Brother Peter L. Mitchell, whose terms expire, are both eligible for re-election. 

On-line Luncheon Registration:

Members planning to attend the Omega Life Membership Memorial Luncheon must register. The registration fee for this Luncheon is $60.00 per-person, which must be paid by July 14, 2017. This is one of the highlights of the meeting and is highly recommended. Members are encouraged to invite their significant other to the Luncheon. There will be no on-site registration for the Memorial Luncheon.
