Beer and Charcuterie
For the first time ever The Jug Shop will be hosting a tasting centered on charcuterie. What better to pair with delicious cuts than liquid bread? We are partnering with our good neighbor Cheese Plus to procure the best charcuterie we can. We will also have a Cheese Plus cheese monger on hand to explain all about the featured charcuterie and cheese! Obviously it would not be a tasting without some hand picked beers from yours truly. The focus of this beer tasting will be pairings. The emphasis will be on classic beers and classic styles+charcuterie. Hope to see you there!
