 Panic Attacks 
And One Of It's Root Causes

"But I'm Just Not Good Enough"

 Are you experiencing Panic Attacks and looking for some new and innovative techniques to calm your body down? Would you be willing to try Energy Psychology Exercises that may subdue their onset or shorten their duration without affecting any medication you might be on? 
Your extreme anxiety is a reaction to things that have upset you in the past but that you may not even remember. Your body is re-experiencing a reaction from a time when your perceived danger was very present and extremely powerful despite the reality of the situation.

A part of you has experienced extreme fear and keeps going back there. The trick is to gently and safely show your body that the danger has passed and that you no longer need to be on "high alert" but you simply cannot do this by thinking your way through it.

This is the second videoconference in our series on Anxiety. Last conference we learned about how our body's powerful reaction to perceived threat  can take over. I shared how to use simple and effective Energy Exercises to release the patterns of self protection and hypervigilance.  This month we are ramping things up a bit and will address the summit of anxiety.....Panic Attacks.

I cannot make any promises that the Energy Exercises I will be teaching this Tuesday will work for everyone in every situation. That would just be irresponsible for me to suggest but I will teach two simple Energy Psychology Exercises that often "turn back" or shorten the duration of a panic attack. These exercises used conscientiously will address your nervous system's misunderstanding that you are being threatened.

We will also be doing extensive Tapping (EFT) as a group on the number one root cause that keeps us anxious "But I'm Just Not Good Enough". Although not required I'd love you to come prepared to share your perspectives about how those panick attacks feel from the inside and how your self worth is affected by feeling like  you might not measure up. We will be customizing the Tapping for those attending.
