Looking for a way to unwind?  Need to de-stress after a long week?  We recommend a painting workshop that could help do this and more!  "De-Stressin' Session" is a course that presents acrylic painting as a free-form version of art therapy.  Suitable for both children and adults, no prior painting experience is necessary - AND it's a great way to relieve stress as well as create mesmerizing works of art!  Join artist, Larry Reid, as he teaches you how to limit the use of a traditional brush, and mix colors using simple tools such as paper towels and a spray bottle to develop a visual language that's unique to only you!  Sessions are every Tuesday beginning April 25th through May 16th from 5:30 - 7:30pm.

 Larry Reid is a certified K-12 art teacher specializing in drawing, painting and sculpture.  He obtained his BA in Fine Arts & Animation from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.  He has taught art in the school system in Miami and for the Philadelphia Arts in Education Partnership in Philadelphia, PA.  Larry enjoys building confidence in students to help them realize more fully their creative and technical proficiencies.
