Conference

Founded in 2008, the Chicago eLearning & Technology Showcase provides a full day of presentations on all aspects of elearning—instructional design, development tools, media resources, virtual classrooms, social and interactive applications, mobile learning, rapid elearning, and more.

After-party

You're invited to an after-party to help us celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Chicago eLearning & Technology Showcase. Come network with other industry professionals, enjoy live entertainment, and enter a special prize drawing. The after-party will be held from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., after the full-day conference ends. Please join us for a good time to be had by all! Appetizers are included, and a cash bar is available.

**For the host organization rate, you must be a member of ATDChi, Chicago ISPI, or STC Chicago. Membership in an affiliated national or international organization (ATD, ISPI, or STC) does not qualify you for the host organization rate.
***Other Alliance organizations are the Chicago Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type (ChaPT); Chicago Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF); Community of Organizational Development in Chicagoland (CODIC); International Society for Organization Development and Change (ISODC); Midwest Chapter of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP); National Speakers Association of Illinois (NSA-IL); and Organization Development Network (ODN) of Chicago.

Registration & Lunch Order Deadlines

Monday, July 24: Deadline for the early registration rate
Tuesday, August 8: Deadline for registering to have your specific lunch order guaranteed
If you have any special dietary requirements, please register by August 8.
If you register after August 8, the venue may not be able to accommodate your exact lunch request.
Sunday, August 13: Deadline for advance, online registration
Tuesday, August 15: Onsite registration for a limited number of people available at the event; onsite registrants cannot be guaranteed a lunch.
If you register onsite, you may need to purchase a lunch from the caf� at the conference center.

Attendees, Register Now for the Conference, with the Option to Add an After-party Ticket

Or you can register for the after-party ONLY—if you already registered for the conference but didn't add an after-party ticket at that time or you will attend only the after-party but not the conference.

If you are a speaker, a sponsor/exhibitor with a complimentary pass, or a volunteer, use the link sent to you via email to register for the conference. You will also have the option to add a ticket to the after-party on the conference registration form.

Payment

Payment is due upon registration.

Preferred Payment Method

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, which also allows you to pay via debit card or credit card without a PayPal account.

Credit Card, Debit Card, & PayPal Payments

To pay via credit card, debit card, or PayPal funds, select PayPal on the registration form. You do not need a PayPal account to pay via credit card or debit card. These payments will be processed by one of our host chapters; you will see the name Chicago Intl Society for Performance Improvement on the payment form.

Corporate Check Payments

You must enclose a printout of your registration confirmation email along with your corporate check. See the registration form for the mailing address for checks. Your spot at the Showcase will not be guaranteed until your check has been processed. All check payments must clear our bank at least one week before the event. Therefore, we recommend that all checks be mailed no later than August 3. Do not assume that your registration is complete until you receive a notice that your check payment has been accepted.

Conference Refund Policy

If your registration and payment have been processed and you are no longer able to attend the Showcase, you may request a refund. Send an email with your name, email address, and the subject "Conference Refund Request" to registration@chicagoelearningshowcase.com. Refunds will be issued via PayPal (including debit and credit card payments) or check, and a fee will be deducted. If you request a refund by Tuesday, August 8, we will refund your payment, less a $10 fee. If you request a refund on or after Wednesday, August 9, we will refund your payment, less a $45 fee.

After-party Refund Policy

If your registration and payment have been processed and you are no longer able to attend the after-party, you may request a refund by Tuesday, August 8. A refund for the after-party can't be issued if your request is received after Tuesday, August 8. Send an email with your name, email address, and the subject "After-party Refund Request" to registration@chicagoelearningshowcase.com. Refunds will be issued via PayPal (including debit and credit card payments) or check, and a fee will be deducted. If you request a refund by Tuesday, August 8, we will refund your payment, less a $5 fee.
