Summer Cooking & Baking Camp - Session 5

A Modern French Twist:

Taking Notes From Julia Child & Jacques Pépin

(for Teens Only)

Monday, July 31st - Friday, August 4th

9am - Noon each day

In this week long morning camp we’ll dig deep into the classics as interpreted by

Mary with Teens renowned French Chefs Julia Child and Jacques Pépin. And, we’ll add some modern twists as we experiment in the kitchen, cooking and baking using time honored French culinary traditions. 

We'll go over basic cooking techniques, practice safe knife skills, learn menu planning tips and boost every child’s confidence and creativity in the kitchen. We'll taste everything we make and work on Kitchen clean-up too! The last day of camp will be a friendly cooking competition.     Can't wait to see everyone in the Kitchen!

Please Note: We cook and bake with the very best ingredients we can purchase which may include gluten, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, dairy, fish & shellfish. Unfortunately, we can not accommodate for special diets and/or severe allergies in our general cooking classes & camps
