CESA 2 Summer Institute 

Please join CESA 2 for the 1st Annual Summer Institute.

Pre-Conference:
Tuesday, August 8, 2017,  8:00 am - 3:45 pm
One of the objectives of the pre-conference for the CESA2 Summer Institute is to build awareness for leadership teams to "set the stage" for understanding how systems support the work of schools and districts. We will accomplish this through:  understanding the system "we are" and the "system we want to be," learning a framework for what highly effective organizations do and how to organize the work, learning how to access and use data to assess the effectiveness of your current system, developing a plan for professional learning to close your gaps and achieve your vision for success.  

Pre-Conference Fee:
$125/person until June 30, 2017
$150/person  after June 30, 2017

Summer Institute:
Wednesday, August 9, 2017, 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
Thursday, August 10, 2017, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

The Summer Institute will focus on three strands, including Leadership & Systems, College & Career, and Instructing for Equity.

$1750 for 6-member team   (Save $350)

After June 30, 2017
$400 per person.
No team discount

You will have the option to add team members when you register. At that time, you can choose which team members will attend both the Pre-Conference and the Summer Institute and those who will just attend The Summer Institute.  

Teams of 6 or more from the same district attending the Summer Institute will receive a $350 team discount.

When registering, please have the names, email addresses, and phone numbers of  your team members available. 

•  If registering as a team, please make sure you hit "APPLY" after entering the Promo Code TEAMDISCOUNT.
• As you register teammates, please change the Badge Name and Dietary Restrictions after you make your selection to reflect each particpant's name.  Otherwise, it will remain the same as the first name you entered.
• When you make your selection ("Pre-Conference & Summer Institute" or "Summer Institute"), you will see the Early Bird fee to the right. The Early Bird rate and Team Discount are available when you register before June 1st.
