The Catholic Writers Conference will be July 18-21, 2017 at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center and Hotel, in conjunction with the Catholic Marketing Network Trade Show.

This year's conference them is "The Catholic Imagination." What makes Catholic creativity different, and how can we use that to craft works that are unique. Our conference allows you to connect personally with Catholic publishers and retailers, to learn more about the art, show your work, learn the craft and network. 

This year we are hosting:
•workshops on marketing and writing
•presentations on marketing and selling your work
•in-person pitch sessions
•group critique sessions
•national CWG Members meeting (guests welcome, of course)

We'll be announcing our presenters soon - so stay tuned.

Costs:
Registration     $75.00
CWG Members receive 10% off  for any registration. Email us for the discount code or check promotional emails! 
Guest Registration -i.e. additional registrants you are paying for (member)   $80.00 
CWG Membership + registration     $107.50
Deacon (+spouse), Priest, seminarian, or other religious     No Charge
Student Registration     $45.00 

Hotel: The Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel is $149 a night plus taxes and fees.  

CMN Events (Optional)
We hold our conference in cooperation with the Catholic Marketing Network. This year, they are offering four special events that are open to CWCL attendees. Registration for these events are handled through CMN's web site.  In the "*Please select your registration type.:" drop down, select "Catholic Writers Guild." You will collect your tickets for these events at CMN's registration desk.

First Annual Catholic Marketing Network Leadership Dinner 6:45 PM - 10:00 PM $55.00
The Catholic Marketing Network will recognize Joseph Scheildler a Pro-Life leader and founder of the Pro-Life Action League who for more than 40 years has fought tirelessly for the cause of Life. Fr. Frank Pavone is the Master of ceremonies.
