2017 Quintessence Summer Choral Festival 

Join Quintessence for our fifth annual Summer Choral Festival! 

On Sunday, July 30, 2017, 3:00 p.m. at St. John's United Methodist Church, we will perform Ludwig van Beethoven's Mass in C Major with our professional festival orchestra, under the direction of Quintessence Artistic Director Matthew Greer.

Rehearsals begin Saturday, July 22.

Registration fee includes a copy of the Beethoven Score, a recording of the performance, an official festival t-shirt, and entrance to workshops, individual coaching sessions, and social events,

The complete schedule will be updated with workshops and other social events throughout the week.

We look forward to rehearsing and performing with you.

Our rehearsals will be from July 22nd - July 29th will be at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 2626 Arizona Street NE, Albuquerque.

INFORMATION FOR SINGERS

Any singer high school age or older.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF SINGERS?
We have a limit of 100 singers. 

FEES
The singer fee $115 per adult participant if you register through May 31. The cost includes a score of the Beethoven Mass in C Major. It also includes a CD of the final performance, entrance to workshops and other events to be announced, and an official festival T-shirt. 

The registration fee increases to $125 per person on June 1, so sign up early!

The fee for all high school students and full-time college students will be $25.

Your fee must be paid by paypal or by mailing us a check in order to save your spot. We are unable to refund your registration fee, and will consider your fee a donation to Quintessence if you are unable to sing with us.

SCORES
Registration fee includes a full score of the Beethoven Mass in C Major, which will be yours to keep. Scores will be available for pick-up by June 1 from Music Mart (3301 Carlisle NE).

ATTENDANCE
Singers should miss no more than one of the six scheduled rehearsals. The rehearsal on Saturday, July 29 is mandatory.

CONCERT DRESS
Simple black for women; dark pants, white long-sleeved shirt, long tie for men.
