Tax Deduction: The IRS now requires a notice on all registration forms, which informs the attendee of the amount of the registration fee representing food and beverage that is deductible as an ordinary business expense. We estimate the food cost portion of your basic registration fee is $250. Under current tax law 50% of this amount is deductible as an ordinary business expense. Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations received on or before September 26th will be refunded in full. Any cancellations received after September 26th will not be refunded. Substitutions are allowed and encouraged.

Attendees will receive credit hours for their attendance at the Subchapter S Bank Association Conference. A packet containing a certificate request form and a worksheet calculating total credits earned will be provided at registration. CPE certificates will be emailed to you within two weeks following receipt of the completed survey form by the Subchapter S Bank Association.

Conference Fee: Conference fee includes all conference sessions, access to conference materials, breakfasts, refreshment breaks, luncheons and receptions.

CLE: The Subchapter S Bank Association will apply for Minimum Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) credit with the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE for legal/professional responsibility credit.

Dietary Restrictions: Please let us know if you have any special dietary requests or restrictions so we can accommodate your needs.

Conference Materials: Attendees will receive a flash drive loaded with any written material and/or PowerPoint presentations received from the speakers prior to the conference. Attendees will also be able to access the presentation materials, speaker information, agenda via a link that will be sent out the Monday and Wednesday before the conference where all information can be downloaded for print or to be added to an electronic device. All of these materials are included in the conference fee.

Consent to Use of Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at the conference and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to Subchapter S Bank Association's use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant's or attendee's image in photographs.
