Special Interactive Session No.3 (Cont'd)

The Key to Successful Innovation:                                                                  Effective and Systematic Implementation!

Get acquainted with the Stage/Gate Launch System used by companies with a high success rate in launching new products.

Having an idea, as we all know, is just the beginning. There is a long and often complex journey to bring that idea to market. To reduce complexity, risk, costs, time, and to improve the overall quality of the innovation, successful companies use the Stage/Gate process.

It is a systematic discipline that moves the innovator forward from idea, through concept, feasibility, development, prelaunch to the actual launch. These are the Stages. There are clear requirements you have to fulfill to move from one stage to the next. The Gates are checkpoints to move you to the next Stage. You will learn more about how to use this system, including a concrete, hands-on experiential exercise to show you how valuable it can be.

Shirley is a Marketing Innovator with 20 years experience in product launches for multinationals, medium, and small businesses.
