Meeting Registration:
Registration for the RCMA Summer Meeting and the RCMA Legislative Fly-In will be open through Monday, June 12. Your timely meeting registration is essential for scheduling your Capitol Hill meetings and to ensure we have sufficient meeting space for all attendees.

RCMA Legislative Fly-In:
The RCMA Legislative Fly-In will take place on Wednesday, June 21, immediately following the June 19 - 20 Summer Meeting, and will offer the opportunity for roof coating manufacturers and suppliers to meet with their congressional representatives.

Never participated in an RCMA Legislative Fly-In? Here's how it works: RCMA will pre-schedule meetings with your Members of Congress and key congressional staffers so you can communicate to them the importance of the roof coatings industry. RCMA will supply you with issue briefs and talking points prior to your meetings so you can speak effectively on key topics. All you need to do is show up ready to talk about what you know best - roof coatings!

Each additional attendee from a single company will receive a $100 discount on their meeting registration.* To receive the discounted rate, please complete ONE registration form for your company: complete the top part of the form with your initial registrant information, and then add colleagues using the "Additional Attendee" section on the registration form - these additional attendees will automatically be added at a discounted rate.
