Managing Your Mind...
Strategies for a Happier, Healthier,
More Productive Life

WNG Chairman's Forum

Thursday, May 4, 2017
4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Please join the Washington Network Group when we convene our next WNG Chairman's Forum with Madelaine Claire Weiss, who will discuss with us "Managing Your Mind... Strategies for a happier, healthier, more productive life."

About this Session:

These days, just about everybody who's anybody is learning simple brain fitness strategies to restore and recharge the energy and clarity of the mind. Indeed, we count on the mind to direct our happiness and success. During this session, we will explore a new mindset, and you will acquire a toolkit of surprisingly simple strategies to use for both personal and professional advantage. You will learn how to become and remain more clear, calm, and productive in a happier, healthier way. Madelaine will discuss with us both theory and practice and will lead participants through a few short exercises. Her presentation draws upon her unique blend of education and experience in brain science, evolutionary and general psychology, Eastern and Western philosophy, and operational management techniques, to make this learning experience both easy and fun. And it only takes about an hour!
