Shawn McBride is licensed to practice in twelve states and the District of Columbia. His clients seek out his unique knowledge and experience across state lines and international boundaries. As the managing member of The R. Shawn McBride Law Office, P.L.L.C., Shawn’s practice includes business entity formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, conversions, financing, debt and equity issuances, formation and disclosure issues, dissolutions, reorganizations and business combination transactions, buy-sells, exit planning, corporate governance, international trade and securities offerings.

Shawn earned his J.D. at the University of Maryland School Of Law, and a B.S. in accounting and business at Towson University, graduating with honors at both schools.
